These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products via the website https://www.hijomiomenorca.com (the “Website”), operated under the trade name HIJO MIO by Simon Charles Mandel, with registered business address at Carrer de Pere Capllonch, 34, Menorca, Balearic Islands, Spain 07760 (“Seller”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By placing an order on our Website, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Products and Availability

All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the quantities of any product at any time without prior notice.

Product images and descriptions aim to be as accurate as possible; however, we do not guarantee that colors, materials, or details will be exactly as displayed due to variations in screen displays and manufacturing processes.

2. Pricing and Taxes

Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include Spanish VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply upon arrival in the destination country. Such additional costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Orders and Payment

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination and external factors (e.g., customs clearance, carrier delays).

The Customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs due to incorrect shipping details provided by the Customer.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

6. Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from the sale of products via the Website is limited to the purchase price of the product.
